A top official told Financial Express Online on condition of anonymity: "It is too early to discuss this as the first batch of S-400s is being delivered to India. The delivery will end in 2023. Only then will a decision be made. It will be taken."
This was celebrated in 2018 when Russian President Vladimir attended the annual India-Russia Summit.
The first installment of the S-400 air defense system made by India in 2019 is equal to 800 million dollars.
